The goal of Security Education For All VIP group (SEFA) is to integrate security education into programming courses. Specifically, we focus on developing frameworks and infrastructure to use existing security tools in the curriculum.
We are looking for excited undergraduate students good at coding (especially python and C/C++) and passionate about security, and willing to develop tools and techniques to help integrate security education into courses.
We work on dynamic (e.g., AFL) and static (e.g., CodeQL) analysis techniques to find vulnerabilities. We also work on automated teaching environment such as GitHub classroom, Google classroom, etc.
Our home is Purdue Univerisity, one of the leaders in security research and education.
